Military issue IOTV OCP Groin Protector with soft armor insert. Unlike earlier generations, these are designed to be mounted directly to your belt or hung from the MOLLE on your plate carrier

Originally issued with later generation IOTV Gen 3s and IOTV Gen 4s

Compatible with all IOTVs or any other setup, even compatible with slick vests without molle due to the option to clip it directly to your belt.
