Elbit Systems of America An/PVS-31D (F5032) Remote Battery Pack Assembly 3-Cell, NSN 6130-01-686-5278, P/N: 286234-1
The AN/PVS-31D offers an optional external battery pack in a 3 cell option. This accessory significantly increases the battery life of the device, powering the goggle for hours longer than possible with the single battery typically used to run the device. Tested to be water resistant at 20 m (66ft) for 2 hours.
This system utilizes a ODU AMC High-Density series 4-pin connector.
Works with:
- Issued Elbit AN/PVS-31D (F5032 / SBNVG) + ECOTI / TAD
- THEON Nyx-based systems and EOTECH Bino-NV variants that use the same ODU power port
Does not work with (without custom adapters, which are rare/non-existent for this connector):
- L3Harris AN/PVS-31A / BNVD (Fischer 4-pin)
- Most other commercial BNVDs that use Fischer or LEMO
- Standard ANVIS-style LEMO systems
