The Point Blank/ Paraclete ARMIS Gen 2, also sold as the Federal Tactical Outer Carrier, is one of the highest end SWAT "breacher" style vests available. This system is highly scalable, and includes a full range of soft armor accessories that can be quickly donned/ doffed for different environments and threats. These vests rarely available to the public, and stock is very limited.
The ARMIS can be quickly taken from a lightweight plate carrier to a full spectrum setup with coverage of the deltoids, neck, groin, and lower back/ abdomen.
