Protech IMPAC-HT Up-Armor Ballistic Insert for Upper Arms/ Deltoid/ Shoulders. Designed to be inserted in front of the soft armor in your deltoids.

Ten times stronger than steel, the IMPAC™ HT is precision fabricated with multiple layers of unidirectional polyethylene, compressed at ultra-high pressures to form a lightweight, semi-rigid special threat plate.
Universally compatible with most SWAT style deltoid armor carriers.
